Breakfast of Champions!

Title of Product: Toasted Oat Cereal

Description: Whole Grain cereal

Why do you like it?
It is basic, tasty, convenient, and quick to pull together in the morning. It is your basic bowl of cereal but it keeps you full until lunch and doesn't have junk ingredients. Just add milk and you are ready to go. I get the store brand a lot for a lot less and it is just as good. I also squirt a little honey on top to add a little sweet flavor to it.

Tip: Makes for a great evening snack or add a handful to a smoothie for more fiber and substance

Title of Product: Whole Wheat Pasta - Rotini or Spaghetti

Description: Pasta

Why do you like it?
Whole wheat is so much better for you than regular pasta and tastes just as good. Once you put sauce on it who can tell the difference! I usually cook it and then add the Paul Newman Marinara Sauce and sprinkle the top with shredded cheese. There are other brands that sell whole grain and whole wheat pasta that taste just as good. The target brand is one of the better values Hodgson Mill is good too. It is an easy meal to prepare and good for you.

Title of Product: Batter Blaster

Description: Organic Pancake Batter in a can

Why do you like it?
I love breakfast food but making pancakes is such a time consumer. This is great and it tastes good too. You spray it directly on the cooking pan and a few minutes later, viola'! Golden brown pancakes--bring on the syrup! The best part is no clean up. Just wash off the spray nozzle and put it back in the refrigerator. And wait there is more... it is organic so there isn't any yucky ingredients to worry about. Sounds too good to be true right? Just give it a try. You can even add some fruit, flaxseed, or other surprises to your batter if you want.

About how much was it? (gulp...) $4.99 for an 18oz can

Hooray for Ketchup! Bring on the Burgers and Dogs.

Title of Product: Publix Greenwise Organic Ketchup

Description: ketchup - the #1 condiment in the world!

Why do you like it?
Organic sure, but this is a rare find. Ketchup without high fructose corn syrup... imagine! It tastes great and if anything maybe a little sweeter than Heinz or Hunts. It is a little more but it last a long time.
